Sand and gravel line dust collector
The dust collector for sand and gravel line is a dust removal equipment specially used for sand and gravel aggregate production line, which is mainly used to collect and remove dust generated during the production process. The following is a detailed introduction and advantages of the product:
Structural composition:
• Dust collector body:
usually welded with steel plates, with good sealing and stability, is the main part of the equipment, and provides support and protection for the internal filter components, cleaning devices, etc.
• Filter bag:
It is a key component of the dust collector, generally made of polyester fiber and other materials, with good filtering effect and wear resistance, can effectively block dust particles and allow clean gas to pass.
• Pulse blowing device:
One of the core parts, compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag through the blowing pipe to make the filter bag vibrate, thereby shaking off the dust on the surface of the filter bag and ensuring the continuous filtering capacity of the filter bag.
• Ash hopper:
used to collect the shaken dust for subsequent cleaning and processing. The design of the ash hopper usually takes into account the accumulation and discharge of dust, and may be equipped with an ash unloading device, such as a star-shaped ash unloading valve or a screw conveyor.
• Cleaning control system:
responsible for controlling the work of the pulse jet device, automatically performing cleaning operations according to the set parameters, ensuring the stable operation of the dust collector and good dust removal effect.
• Inlet and outlet:
Dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, and the clean gas after filtering by the filter bag is discharged from the air outlet.
• Working principle:
After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector, the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag through the filtering action of the filter bag, while the clean gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag and is discharged by the fan. As the filtration proceeds, the dust on the surface of the filter bag gradually increases, resulting in increased pressure loss. When the set pressure loss value is reached, the cleaning control system will start the pulse jet device to clean the filter bag. At this time, compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag through the spray pipe, causing the filter bag to vibrate, thereby shaking the dust into the ash hopper.
