Product introduction:

• Structural composition:

The three-drum dryer is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters nested and combined, and is generally equipped with auxiliary equipment such as feeding device, discharging device, heat source system, transmission device, support device and dust removal system. The cylinder is usually made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant steel to ensure the service life and stability of the equipment.

• Working principle:

Wet yellow sand enters the inner cylinder of the dryer from the feeding device. In the inner cylinder, the yellow sand is continuously picked up and scattered by the shovel, and heat exchange is realized in a spiral movement. Downstream drying is carried out to initially remove most of the moisture. Then the yellow sand enters the middle cylinder for countercurrent drying. The material is repeatedly lifted in the middle cylinder, in a two-step forward and one-step backward movement mode, fully absorbing the heat of the inner and middle cylinders, and prolonging the drying time. Finally, the yellow sand falls into the outer cylinder, and moves in a rectangular multi-circuit mode in the outer cylinder. After further drying, it is discharged from the discharging device. During this process, the hot air flow provided by the heat source fully contacts the yellow sand, causing the moisture in the yellow sand to evaporate and achieve the purpose of drying.
