Introduction 

•The special shaped rotor blade replaced the general rotor blade and has increased the separating region. In practical terms, the material separation rate is higher and better. 

• The inside of O-SEPA Powder Separator increases eddy current scatter. It has the advantages as follows: 

1)Transfer the energy generated from flow rotation to rotor, reducing the driving device of power consumption, while avoiding the eddy current energy consumption. 

2)Tangential velocity of exit guide vane by using eddy current scatter is reduced and the wear is decreased and the life is prolonged.
