Structural composition:

• Drum part:

It is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters. The inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder cooperate with each other. The inner cylinder is the main drying area. After the wet feldspar powder enters the inner cylinder, it begins to be dried initially; the middle cylinder further enhances the drying effect, so that the feldspar powder is more fully dried; the outer cylinder plays the role of heat preservation and auxiliary drying to reduce heat loss.

• Transmission device:

including motor, reducer, support wheel, wheel belt, etc. The motor provides power, drives the support wheel to rotate through the reducer, and the friction between the support wheel and the wheel belt causes the cylinder to rotate, ensuring that the feldspar powder continues to roll and move in the cylinder to fully contact with the hot air flow.

• Feeding device:

The feldspar powder to be dried is transported to the dryer, and the stability and uniformity of the feed need to be ensured.

• Discharging device:

It is used to discharge the dried feldspar powder. It has good sealing to prevent hot gas leakage and dust overflow.

• Heat source system:

Provides heat for the drying process. Common heat sources include coal, natural gas, biomass particles, etc.

• Lifting plate device:

Lifting plates with different angles and spacings are provided in the cylinder, which can make the feldspar powder evenly dispersed and turned in the cylinder, increase the contact area between the feldspar powder and the hot air flow, and improve the heat exchange efficiency.

• Dust removal system:

 Collect and treat the dust generated during the drying process to reduce pollution to the environment.

• Working principle:

 The wet feldspar powder enters the inner cylinder from the feeding device, and is continuously lifted and scattered by the lifting plate in the inner cylinder, and conducts preliminary heat exchange with the hot air flow from the heat source system to achieve downstream drying and initially remove most of the moisture. Then the feldspar powder enters the middle cylinder for countercurrent drying. The material is repeatedly lifted in the middle cylinder, which prolongs the drying time. Finally, the feldspar powder falls into the outer cylinder, and is further dried in the outer cylinder and discharged from the discharging device.
